Is it true K9 Eatz 100% Meat Dog Treats contain no additives, fillers, grains, spices or GMO’s?

Yes. Our treats are 100% beef, or 100% pork. That’s it. Really.

How much will shipping cost me?

Shipping is a flat rate of $2.00 within the contiguous United States, via USPS (1-3 business days).

How long can I expect my order to take to arrive?

We make every effort to process your order within 1-2 days. We then ship it via USPS (1-3 day business service). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive due to any possible unforseen delays.

Will you ship to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address?

We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO.

What about Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?

We only ship to addresses within the contiguous Unites States.

What is your return / refund policy?

If you're not satisfied with your k9eatz.com purchase, you can return the product for a refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. Product must be in its original packaging. We will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase. Please allow 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Some payment methods take longer than others.
