Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your k9eatz.com purchase, you can return the product for a refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping cost) within 30 days of purchase. Product must be in its original packaging. We will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase. Please allow 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Some payment methods take longer than others.
